ADDITIONAL TEFL PROGRAMS

I chose International TEFL Academy because after my first conversation with an advisor I felt comfortable and at ease. The advisor was very patient and answered my many questions and hypotheticals. I felt that this was a place where I would get the support and guidance I would need to take the next step. My favorite part about living in Spain is that everyone is so laid back - they do their own thing and do what makes them happy. It really is a simple life compared to living in the States. It is by far the best decision I have ever made and it has completely changed my life!

There were many options out there to get TEFL certified and some for less money, but when you factor in all of the positive reviews, feedback, and resources that ITA has, it makes the decision pretty easy. You want a company that is recognized and respected globally in the TEFL markets and ITA definitely has that. The live practice teaching was FUN! I've never participated in a classroom setting with young children before, and while challenging, still very fun and rewarding. I teach business professionals one-on-one in Prague and I LOVE my job.

I am most grateful for ITA's course practicum requirement. Here, I felt I was really able to put everything I learned into practice and become comfortable with teaching English in-person. Almost every aspect of the TEFL training has been applied to my current teaching position. I still use the knowledge I learned on lesson planning to create plans for my students, including the templates provided by ITA. My current situation in Sriracha, Thailand, allows me enough money to live comfortably, travel, and save, as well as pay my bills back home (student loans, car payment, etc.).
